Any regulation of
FAIRSOFT is subject to
that of FICAAR 2010, the
latter prevailing in
case of conflict and /
or disagreement.
Exhibitors must accept
this premise. These
regulations will be kept
updated on
http://www.odysapro.es.
REGULATION FICAAR 2010
SERVICES FICAAR 2010
To be expositor you will
must prove that you are
Official Distributor of
one or more trademarks.
LOCATION, PROMOTION and
MARKETING
FAIRSOFT is located in a
specific area under the
management of ODYSA PRO.
ODYSA PRO promotes,
assigns and sells the
space contained within
the area FAIRSOFT in
FICAAR 2010 fair.
RESERVATION OF THE
STANDS
The stand will be
reserved once the
payment of 33 % of the
contracted space is
confirmed. The
disbursement of this
reservation must be done
before January 15, 2010.
Payment of the remainder
must be made before 15
February 2010. The
failure to accomplish
this requirement implies
renunciation of the
stand and the loss of
the amounts contributed
by way of the
reservation.
RESTRICTION IN THE
EXHIBITION
The exhibition or
possession of any kind
of weapons is not
allowed in any of the
areas of FAIRSOFT. Only
replicas for Airsoft's
practice are allowed.
INSURANCE
An insurance of goods
can be contracted.
